EV School Board Approves Emergency Roof Repair

Eagle Valley Parent/Guardians:

Rapid deterioration of the school’s roof has resulted in significant gaps in the roofing material as metal components separate from brick. The gaps, in turn, have produced increasing water leakage and damage. According to Barry Johnson, Superintendent of Eagle Valley Public Schools, the roof damage is a result of weather, original roofing material selection (which trapped and held water, debris, and excessive weight), and age.
